Zsa Zsa Padilla

For an artist who released successful albums in a 26-year career, it’s astounding to recall how many hits ZsaZsa Padilla was able to achieve. Now she’s back for more! Anticipate the coming of her new album entitled UNCHANGING LOVE… which is now available in the market featuring the single and a classy remake of “Hanggang” (popularized by Wency Cornejo) which only proves our divine diva’s boundless passion for her craft in a 2-CD special edition package.

Including three originals and eight of the most powerful covers from OPM classics which will bring our diva back to the local charts, the album’s first single HANGGANG is now currently being heard on local radios and will also be launched with a music video soon as directed by Treb Montreras. Highlights of the album also include the Japanese song “Unchanging Love” where its English version was penned by the country’s concert king Martin Nievera and also used in the Judy Ann-Ryan Agoncillo wedding special. Unchanging Love is originally by Korean-Japanese pop star Jyongri (EMI Japan).

This 2-cd set with ‘well-executed, stylish and accentuating her natural vocal charm’ formula, ZsaZsa tackles love songs with grace especially with the remake of the songs MEMORIES (Joey Albert), NAIS KO (Miguel Vera), NASASAKTAN (Reuben Laurente), MULI (VIna Morales), CHANGES (Carla Martinez), IKAW LANG (Chad Borja) and KUNG ALAM MO LANG (Joanne Lorenzana). ZsaZsa shines with new mellow ballads with the titles IIBIGAN KITA MULI, KUNG and PAGMAMAHAL NA WALANG WAKAS.

ZsaZsa debuted in 1984 and have sustained such a long string of hits that are landmarks in many of our lives like Hiram, Mambobola and Ikaw Lamang to name a few. She signed with Polyeast Records in January 2009 with another testament suiting to welcome back our divine dive in the music scene. Chito Ilagan, PolyEast Records’ A&R Director and album producer shares, “For more than 20 years, after working with ZsaZsa Padilla, we reunite to do another project. It was a nostalgic reunion since producing the divine diva’s album containing the super hits “Mambobola” and the classic “Ikaw Lamang.”

Ilagan also said, “I can honestly say ZsaZsa has gotten even better in interpreting songs, be it revivals or original materials. Every song has a unique ‘emotion’ and ‘feeling’ to it and ZsaZsa has able to deliver them with each and every song in the albumZsaZsa’s last album was released seven years ago. She has taken every effort to make sure the long wait is all worth it

UNCHANGING LOVE interprets her own experience as ZsaZsa shares in the album’s note: “It is hard to express in words the joy, excitement, trepidation I felt while working on this album. The whole process felt like a whole new experience. It was a long tedious process that I have been too proud to admit I missed until now. “
